Health care costs expected to rise 5.7% in '09

NEW YORK (AP) ? Get ready for another hike in copays and deductibles.

A survey out Thursday from the Mercer consulting fast found that 59% of companies mean to keep down rising health care costs in 2009 by raising workers' deductibles, copays or out-of-pocket spending limits.
